Focus5™ Prostate Cancer Risk Test

Proactive Genomics was founded by researchers at Wake Forest University School of Medicine with the aim of providing individuals with more tools to prevent common diseases and conditions.

Proactive Genomics first project is the research and development of a genetic test for men to assess their genetic risk for prostate cancer, the Focus5™ Prostate Cancer Risk Test.

The peer-reviewed science behind this test was published by our founding scientists in the New England Journal of Medicine in January 2008.
